Working in the finance industry in one of Australia’s top 4 banks as a Bank Manager and Sales Manager for 17 years Lee has learnt all different tips and tricks that can get the most out of your teams. During my time in the finance sector, Lee spent 3 years as a National Trainer for Sales, Organizational performance, Leadership and Coach the Coach Workshops. This has given me qualifications in Training and Assessment. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. These skills can help not only in the banking or corporate world but can help make your business more organized, meet those sales targets or even coach that difficult staff member. All workshops for corporate group training are for 3 to 25 people and will be held face to face in your business location. Lee will travel anywhere across the USA and Mexico to deliver your requested Workshop.
