This Meditation is designed as a 1 on 1 workshop we will spend the first 15 min discussing current stresses. We will then move into a meditation session to let go of any stress.
Each session will be held 1 on 1 with myself via video call. All you need is the space to lay down flat on your back. I will be using the practice of Yoga Nidra to help you relax and melt the stress of your day away.
This is a guided meditation and is suited for beginners.
If you are not familiar with Yoga Nidra, I have provided a brief description and some of its benefits at the bottom of the meditation page as well as a link to learn more.
