Hi I’m Lee Marc, let me tell you a little about myself and why I am here. I have decided to embark on this journey to help others fulfill their dreams and be the best person they can be all while keeping a sound understanding of their finances and future.
Working in the finance industry in one of Australia’s top 4 banks as a Bank Manager and Sales Manager for 17 years I have learnt all different tips and tricks that can save you a fortune. During my time in the finance sector, I spent 3 years as a National Trainer for Sales, Organizational performance, Leadership and Coach the Coach Workshops. This has given me qualifications in Training and Assessment. These skills can help not only in the banking or corporate world but can help make your personal life more organized, meet those life goals you have dreamt of or even coach that difficult staff member at your local business as we know how challenging that can be.
I am passionate in helping the individual be their best while also offering group workshops from Small Business to Large Corporations. I know the challenges life can bring, I have been a foster parent, A Financial administrator for Family, owned and operated my own small business and was a successful bank manager meeting all sales and leadership requirements. Helping you juggle life is my specialty.
Having mortgages of my own and working for the bank, I know how challenging it can be to choose which bank, what am I looking for in a house or even what sort of commitment am I willing to make and that’s another reason I’m here to help. There is a lot of information to take in. Let me do the work for you.
I have travelled the world and been able to see incredible places all thanks to the skills I have obtained over the years in different leadership roles. I have been on 67 international trips around different countries from Australia. I had a dream to live overseas, I set goals, made plans and now I live in Mexico. I want to help you reach your dreams too.
A large part of my Workshops will be tiered towards Inclusive Language and the LGBTQIA2S+ Community. I will be holding free workshops at certain LGBT Centers across the USA and Mexico to aid with basic financial literacy and other sessions. As a Gay Cis He Him I understand the difficulties that can be faced within our community and that is why I will be donating 5% of all coaching fees to the LGBT center of your state or choosing. I have experienced harassment in workplaces and have had to navigate a world that at times has a lack of understanding of the daily challenges our community can face. I want you to know you are not alone and I will support you in all your dreams and endeavors.
